1: HERstory: WOC Redefining Research

April 23rd 10am-2:30pm PST

If you aren’t familiar with HERstory, then I definitely recommend that you should. HERstory was created by @thescholarlysewist, and is a lifestyle brand and social community centering around Women of Color (WOC) in academia. Being a ResearcHER, herself allowed her to be able to connect and bring together these 6 phenomenal WOC with their Ph.D. All of these women are extremely active in the academia space and are people who will definitely add value to you. Whether you are interested in getting a Ph.D. or not this is an event you don’t want to miss. You can register for this event at register.thescholarlysewist.com.

Spelman has over 2,100 students and is one of the leading colleges graduating women of African descent. Some well known graduates Spelman has produced are Stacey Abrams, Rosalind G.
